Learnings
Key takeaways
Interactivity drives engagement. Interactive elements like hover effects and tooltips transformed raw data into an engaging user experience. This proved essential for keeping users interested and helping them discover meaningful connections within the collection.
Balance is crucial. Finding the sweet spot between visual complexity and clarity was a constant challenge. The final design needed to present rich information while remaining intuitive and accessible to users.
Data preparation matters. Thorough data cleaning and preparation laid the foundation for a successful visualization. Without this critical first step, the final product would not have been able to effectively communicate the relationships within the collection.
